It's about time that I set out my commission rules and guidelines, so here they are!
Commission requests will be made in line with my commission guidelines (seen below).
All commission requests must be made with the full amount of funds available at the time.
I retain the right to decline a commission at any point during the process.
I retain the right to post any completed commissions on my personal deviantART, tumblr
and facebook accounts.
If the commissioner would like to repost their commission on any medium, including deviantART, they must request my permission to do so, and must credit me if they gain permission.
I will NOT
Explicit Pornographic Content - Also, depending on how sexual it is, ecchi may be declined as well.
Extreme Violence/Gore - I'm fine with a little bit of blood, but when it gets to cases of limbs torn off and the such-like, the commission will be declined.
I will draw, but am uncomfortable doing so:
Assassin's Creed Characters - Nothing much to say on this one, other than the outfits being rather tricky to pull off.
I will freely draw:
Nudity - This entails light ecchi and non-sexual nudity. Commissions of this nature will feature on my tumblr only.
Boy's Love or Girl's Love - Pornographic requests will be declined.
Animals - I won't draw reproductive organs unless asked to, at which point the image shall feature on my tumblr only.
Anthros - I'm perfectly fine with drawing anthros and furries, even nude, though I may decline if it is an ecchi request.
Commission requests should be made using the deviantART note system.
In the request, the name of the character you are commissioning, along with suitable references and any other specific details must be outlined.
The references must clearly show the outfit of the character(s), so must be full body images. However, I can work from both chibi and normal proportioned images.
I may pose a number of questions about your character and the style they were drawn in.
If the reference does not show the colours clearly, I will ask for clarification and request a colour palette for the character.
If there is a specific pose that you would like to have your character in, please state the pose and send pose references if possible.
The price will be agreed on after I am happy with the request made, after which point I will start the commission.
After a commission request has been made, I will draw a sketch and send it via st.ash file.
Any alterations that need to be made to the sketch will be made at this point, and another sketch with the alterations will be sent for confirmation.
After the sketch has been completed and confirmed by the commissioner, I will wait for half of the total payment before continuing.
When the completed commission has been made, I will post it onto my deviantART account and note the commissioner with the link to the finished commission. The commissioner can request colour alterations and lineart alterations if I had made a mistake or forgotten something that I had drawn in the confirmed sketch. If any lineart alterations are required that were not featured on the confirmed sketch, I will request an extra amount of money for alterations.
Furthermore, in block colour commissions, any changes to the colour scheme of the commission after it has been finished that were not specified in the sketch stage, as well as changes to the specification after completion, will be charged for, as everything should have been clarified in that particular stage. This also holds true for backgrounds.
When the commission is complete, I shall ask for the final half of the payment.
No refunds shall be given from the first half paid
Feel free to ask for clarification or for another part of the process if it is unclear or doesn't appear on this page!
