Okay, once again, let's get the improvement point over and done with first.
The thing that stands out most one this piece is that her neck is too long in comparison to the body, and this throws the anatomy off quite a bit. Also, the colour used to line the face makes her appear to be nigh on albino, and, unless this was intentional, I'm pretty sure that was no the effect you would want to achieve with this piece. I'll also suggest that the face outlining an shading could be done in a warmer colour. Try pale reds and oranges for this: [link] [link]
On other notes, the shading has improved this piece from the last one, and makes it look more realistic and professional. Not only this, but the eyes are much better, and the pupils make them seem realistic as well! Also, like last time, the shading used on the hair and the clothing is really rather lovely!
